
Join Kira and Marie for a morning of Breathwork and Sound Healing. Give yourself space to breathe, soften, and let your body settle. This class blends gentle guided breathwork with the calming sounds of singing bowls to help you release stress, relax your body, and feel more grounded. We’ll focus on creating a sense of safety in the body, softening tension around the heart, and giving yourself permission to simply receive. You do not need any experience with breathwork, meditation, or sound baths. This is a beginner-friendly space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and take a real pause from everything you’ve been carrying. This experience blends somatic breathwork and sound healing to help your body feel safe enough to soften. The breath helps you arrive, release tension, and open the heart. The sound bath supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, and integration.

Join Kendall, owner of The Healing Loft, and Carly, owner of Waves of Change Coalition for an evening of restorative yoga and sound healing.
You’ll be guided through long-held, fully supported postures while immersed in the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gongs, rain sticks, and drums—designed to help the body unwind and the mind settle.

Props are provided, but feel free to bring anything of your own that you'd like. Dress comfortably and come as you are.
