Join Danielle, owner of Sidewalks and Sandcastles for Sunday Social: New Chapters is a cozy afternoon designed especially for school-aged children (ages 8–12) to build friendships, spark creativity, and celebrate the joy of reading. Cost is $15. Venmo: @sidewalksandsandcastles Together, we'll enjoy interactive icebreakers, a special storytime with our community partner Pages 4 Littles, journal decorating, creative reflection, games, and light snacks in a welcoming, encouraging environment where kids can connect and be themselves. Parents/guardians remain on site during the event and are welcome to relax in the studio while the children participate.

We are hosting a junk journaling and scrapbooking soiree, and you're invited! We provide everything you need to create stunning layouts—just show up and start styling. What you will explore: connection to self and community, confidence building, embodiment and self-expression, fun and play through Latin dance, and Cuban salsa dance moves.
Restorative Yoga & Sound

Join Kendall, owner of The Healing Loft, and Carly, owner of Waves of Change Coalition for an evening of restorative yoga and sound healing.
NOTE: This event will take place AT The Whitehurst Buffington House. You’ll be guided through long-held, fully supported postures while immersed in the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gongs, rain sticks, and drums—designed to help the body unwind and the mind settle. 25% of proceeds from each ticket purchased will be donated to the Whitehurst Buffington House Foundation. Props are provided, but feel free to bring anything of your own that you'd like. Dress comfortably and come as you are.
